Panama has a variety of rainforests, a desert, and beaches located on both coastlines, the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean. It connects both the North and South America. It is shapes almost like an S shape, with its Caribbean coastline being 800 miles and the pacific one being 1,060 miles long, which lead to the that connect Panama to Costa Rica and the Colombian border.It resides several Natives, like the Guaymi , Kuna, and Choco people, Panama became the first Spanish colony on the Pacific. The Panama Canal is 51 miles ling that connects both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and has become a shortcut for cargo ships which makes Panama a big part of the international affairs and world commerce important. Making importation from Europe to the United States shorter and faster.

Spanish is the official language of Panama and is spoken majority of the people, fewer than one-tenth of the people speak Indian language’s ,most of the Indian groups in panama preserve their native tongues as well as speaking Spanish. Some Panamanians speak English as well as it is also taught in school.
